Minor Bantam to Bantam     12 - 12 - 12 Stop time.            $1000.00 Canadian funds.

Minor Midget to Midget       12 - 12 - 15 Stop time.            $1000.00 Canadian funds.

plus cheque or money order for $950.00/$1000.00 Canadian funds payable to Mississauga North Stars. U.S. teams add $50 as per Hockey Canada regulation.

ALL TEAMS MUST REGISTER BEFORE THEIR FIRST GAME, 
SO PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH TIME. AT LEAST 60 MINUTES.

ALL PLAYERS INCLUDING AFFILIATES SHOULD BE REGISTERED ON
 2009-2010 REGISTRATION CARDS  OR ROSTER SHEETS. (H.C.OR 
EQUIVALENT). CARDS MUST BE PRESENTED AT REGISTRATION 
 TIME OR WHEN REQUESTED BY THE TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE.

TOURNAMENT PERMISSION FORMS SHOULD BE OBTAINED
 FROM YOUR LEAGUE, AND SHOULD BE PRESENTED AT
 TIME OF REGISTRATION.
